Advertising Complaints Bulletin Archive
From 01 November 2004 complaints about advertising on television and radio have been dealt with by the Advertising Standards Authority rather than Ofcom. The ASA enforces the existing Advertising Standards Codes which Ofcom applies to television and radio broadcasting.
The archive below contains the Advertising Bulletins published by Ofcom prior to the transfer of responsibilities to the ASA
Please be aware that it is Ofcom policy to state the full language used on air by advertisers who are the subject of a complaint. Some of the language used in Ofcom Complaints Bulletins may therefore cause offence.
